Truck-mounted Concrete Pumps

1.The world record-breaking arm support with its max. Vertical height as 65.6m makes the 66m pump truck the one that has the longest arm support in the world.

2.With a pumping output up to 200m3/h, 66m truck-mounted concrete pump has the biggest output volume. Together with the heavy caliber delivery cylinder that has better material absorption performance and less switch-over times, the service lives of the wearing parts of the truck are effectively prolonged.  

3.Adoption of intelligent arm support damping technology reduces more than 50% of jitter at the end hose, prolongs service life of the arm support, and improves serviceability of the end hose.

4.The support leg is forward swing multistage extensible type, which enables unilateral support and quick expansion. Using this design, machine can adapt to the construction in a narrow space.

5.The turning mechanism adopts two reduction gears, so, the turning and locating are more accurate and reliable while the oscillating quantity of the arm support is smaller. In addition, the range of turning angle of the mechanism is up to 540°, which means the arm support can turn to the material distribution area more quickly.
